I have many passions, hobbies, and interests including calligraphy, travel, bike riding, cooking, and music. I love collecting vinyl records and supporting local artists. My wife and I like to take our dog(Ponce) and our cat(Bowie) on hikes. I’m a huge soccer fan and an even bigger Jeopardy fan.

I am driven by a perpetual desire to learn, create, and grow. I have always embraced the idea that there is always more to learn and that education is a lifelong process. The little spark of madness in me is constantly wanting to create, explore, and broaden my overall sense of the world. That is something I never want to lose.

This quote is a personal favorite of mine. It evokes a sense of pride, hard work, determination, and most importantly, dedication. The words portray the power of devotion over creativity, and of a relentless will to succeed over chance and sheer luck.
Art is invariably judged on a subjective level, but a highly skilled craftsman can transcend any biased scrutiny and can be appreciated for the excellence and quality of their work. I emphatically hold this simple idea as a core principle and driving force for who I am.
